Useful first. Whatever the form.

We build for one test: does it leave someone better at something real? Today that is a web tool for a business and an app for a morning. One day it may be a game. The form changes; the test does not.

For businesses

Social content from the website you already have.

The problem

Teams rebuild the same carousel by hand every week, and the brand rules slip on the way.

What we built

AutoReal reads your site and returns sequenced carousels with the brand rules on every card.

A showcase for every listing.

The problem

Listing photos rarely show the home at its best, and a listing video takes days to make.

What we built

Vitrinsel stages, clears or tidies a photo, then makes a carousel and a listing video with your brand on it.

Product photos for clothing sellers.

The problem

A garment shot on a hanger, on a bed or in the shop rarely looks the way it does on a person.

What we built

We are building Atolye to put a phone photo on a model and a plain background, and size it for a post, a Story and Reels. Coming soon, by invitation.

For people

The first minutes of the day, won.

The problem

An alarm makes noise, then leaves you alone with the snooze button.

What we built

guno ends the alarm when you prove you are up, and a live voice talks you through the first minutes.

Verbal exam prep that finds the gap.

The problem

Most prep repeats what you already know and skips what you keep missing.

What we built

Lexicon maps the verbal skill you missed in TOEFL, IELTS or GMAT and writes the next session around it.

Software you describe, and keep.

The problem

The app you need rarely exists, and building one is out of reach for most people.

What we built

Olina is our design for personal software: say what you need and it appears on your phone. Designed, not built yet.

How we decide something is useful

  1. 01

    We use it ourselves

A tool runs inside LoreLabs before we sell it. Operation comes before promotion.

  2. 02

    One job per tool

Each product does one job well: a carousel, a listing, a morning, an exam, an app.

  3. 03

The price is on the page

Live products publish their packs. Beta products say they are in beta.

  4. 04

Useful, even when it is fun

If we ever make a game, it has to leave you better at something.
